What are the services you provide and how does that service fit in with my wedding planning needs? Many planners will have generic package information to share with you when you inquire. Instead of merely picking a package that is presented to you, share with them your specific needs and ask which package fits you. There are chances you will receive a custom package made just for you!
What are your hours of service on the day of the wedding? We planners have contracted hours of service on the day of your wedding. Ask to see how many hours your planner provides. Planners max out to the full 8 hours which would suffice most weddings. However, if you plan to have a full day with additional ceremonies (ex: tea ceremony), you might have to add on extra hours.
Who is my main point of contact? As a bride or groom, we like to know who we can turn to for every question that comes up throughout the planning process. Some planners will appoint one person to plan your wedding and others will involve a group. Ask to see who your lead is so you don’t get confused on who is working on your wedding.
